How do I wash my arv item?

For painted blazers, it is recommended to avoid machine washing. Instead, gently hand wash the garment in cold water using a mild detergent. To preserve the paint, avoid scrubbing and let the item air dry away from direct. Always refer to the care label for specific instructions.​​ Sweaters can be washed in the machine with a handwashing program of maximum 30 degrees.

How do I keep the paint as beautiful as possible?​

You can fix the clothes regularly by ironing the inside of the sweater with the iron on the hottest setting. You can also iron the outside with a layer of baking paper over the garment so that the paint does not stick to your iron.

Can I return my purchase?​

Each WEARtheLABEL item is unique and is made to order in advance. Because of this it is not possible to return or exchange your item. So check carefully which size you want to order and feel free to send us a message if you have any questions. Feel free to reach out or try our items in Brand Space Studio (Copenhagen)

How do I order?

The ordering process is easy. You go to the SHOP and look at the steps. You then choose the color, model and size. In the last step, all designs are listed and you can indicate all your preferences. You add your desired item to your shopping cart and go through the payment process. Feel free to send a message by any questions or customised orders. 

 

How long do I have to wait for my package to arrive?

 

WEARtheLABEL makes your item to order, so it takes longer before you receive your item. Your item goes through a whole process. First, the blanco item has to be ordered. Then your item is taped, painted and has to dry for a while. Then comes the next layer and finally a topcoat is applied so that your ordered item can last as long as possible. Then think about 5-10 days before your package is on the doorstep. This average may deviate.

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out. If you prefer to drop by for a while, that's fine too, choose pick up at delivery options.

 

I want to customize my item, how do I do that?

 

You go to the CUSTOMIZED page and describe your personal idea. I will contact you when your request has been sent. You will receive a design confirmation as to how you came up with the item! If you are satisfied, I will start painting. The surcharge for your customized item varies by design.
